Handmade Disclaimer

Every item sold by Hooked & Unbothered is handcrafted with care.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in size, shape, color placement, and stitch pattern are normal and part of what makes every creation unique. No two items will ever be exactly alike.

Product Information

I do my best to accurately represent all products through descriptions and photographs. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

Measurements are approximate unless otherwise noted.

Custom Orders

Custom creations are designed specifically for you.

Before work begins, we'll discuss your ideas, colors, sizing, and any important details to ensure we're on the same page.

Because custom items are made just for you:

• All custom orders require approval before production begins.
• Production times vary depending on project complexity and current workload.
• Once work has started, changes may not be possible.
• Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.

Payment

Payment is required before your order will be shipped.

For custom commissions, full payment (or an agreed-upon deposit, if offered) is required before work begins.

Accepted payment methods will be listed during checkout or discussed during the custom order process.

Processing Times

Since every item is handmade, processing times vary.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within the timeframe listed on the product page.

Custom orders require additional time depending on complexity, order volume, and current projects.

Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information when available.

Hooked & Unbothered is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of my control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of my products:

• Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. 
• Custom orders are final sale.
• Digital products and downloadable patterns are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can work together on a solution.

Crochet Care

To help your handmade creation last for years to come:

• Spot clean as needed.
• Avoid machine washing unless otherwise stated.
• Allow to air dry completely.
• Keep away from open flames and excessive heat.
• Plushies are intended for gentle play or display unless otherwise noted.

All photographs, product designs, website content, graphics, logos, and written materials are the property of Hooked & Unbothered unless otherwise stated.

Please do not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use any content without written permission.

Purchased crochet patterns (when available) are for personal use only unless otherwise specified.
